I agree that by entering to win a free—no cost—fertilizer application from BBI Spreaders, that I will in return allow them to monitor, document and publish the results of my propagation, germination and yield results in the field(s) they fertilized. I will provide an interview, a testimony, and allow myself to be quoted publicly in a case study about the results of the fertilizer application.

I understand by allowing BBI to fertilize my field with my own fertilizer according to my prescription and rate, I will be saving fuel, labor, and equipment costs. I will provide my own granular fertilizer and tenders. The absolute cash value of this offer from BBI is capped at $7000 or 1000 acres.

GOOD FAITH / MUTUAL INDEMNIFICATION. I hereby affirm that I indemnify and hold harmless BBI Spreaders and any of its agents or subcontractors on my premises. Should a worker’s compensation claim, injury, or accident arise in the performance of the application or field study, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless BBI and all of its subcontractors and agents. In return, BBI also indemnifies and holds harmless my employees, agents and subcontractors contacted in the course of the application and field analysis.
