BBI Warranty Policy: BBI warrants, to the original user, that each product of its manufacture is free from defects in material and workmanship if serviced and operated under normal conditions for 180 days from the date of the customer’s bill of sale.
BBI’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the correcting of the defect(s) without charge at its factory or one of its authorized dealers. Transportation charges will be pre paid. BBI requires the opportunity to examine all parts in question in order to determine the original cause of defect. Correction of such defects by repair to or supplying of replacements for defective parts shall constitute fulfillment of all obligations to the original user.
This warranty shall not apply to any BBI product which must be replaced because of normal wear, misuse, negligence or accident.
This warranty shall not apply to products which have been repaired or altered outside of the BBI factory without written factory authorization.
BBI shall not under any circumstances be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the loss of property or other damages or loses owing to the failure or use of BBI products beyond the cost of repair or replacement of any defective product. The repair or replacement of defective product shall be the sole and only obligation of BBI.
EXCEPT AS SPECIFICIALLY SET FORTH HEREIN, BBI MAKES NO WARRANTY ON ITS PRODUCTS (EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY) INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY.
No person, agent or dealer is authorized to give any warranties or make representations on behalf of BBI or assume for BBI any other liability in connection with any of its products unless made in writing by an officer of BBI. Out of Stock:
In the rare instance an item is out of stock, our Parts Customer Service Department will contact you. We usually ship a partial order, then ship backordered items when they are available. You may cancel an order with a back-ordered item at any time prior to fulfillment by calling Parts Customer Service at 800-282-3570. Status of Order:

For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage. We make every effort to prevent shipping damage. In the event merchandise is received damaged or merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and take the following important steps: Quickly contact your local UPS office for a Damage Inspection report and request that UPS return the merchandise to us. Please do not return the merchandise yourself, as this may delay your reorder or credit. Contact our Parts Customer Service Department with the Damage Call Tag number issued to you by UPS and we’ll arrange for reorder or credit. Defective Merchandise:

You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment and receive a full refund. Should you desire to cancel an item, which has not been received, call the Parts Customer Service between 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (ET), Monday - Friday, at: 800-282-3570 ex 234. You will be advised if your merchandise has not been shipped and may therefore still be canceled. If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges.
Return Policy: Items may be returned ONLY with prior approval from the Parts Manager. Call the Parts Customer Service between 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (ET), Monday - Friday, at: 800-282-3570 ex 234 for approval to return your item. Appropriate Restocking Fees will apply.
Delivery Method: UPS Worldship is our standard delivery agent. Weights and sizes of most small items have been entered into the system. You can choose from a variety of UPS Shipping options to speed up the timing of your delivery. Large, heavy or bulky items must be quoted separately and scheduled for delivery. Please leave an email address and / or phone number that you check often so that we can quickly schedule delivery and confirm pricing for items that do not have auto shipping and pricing quotes set up. There is a $10 per box handling fee. Customers may also schedule pick up at the Spreader Supply at BBI Parts Department - 470 South Wayside Cornelia, GA 30501 between 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (ET), Monday - Friday.
